As part of your team, you are to evaluate those responses in the materials tab above and select the offer you think represents the best value for money.
Each member of the team must record in the Evaluating Offers Template:
• an Individual Assessment of a single response
• a Comparative Evaluation of all responses
• a Summary Recommendation to the Delegate (1-2 pages)
