Consider the approach of bulk supply arrangements offered by Queensland State Government in areas such as (for example) work wear and safety apparel, PC’s and notebooks, office and janitorial supplies, heavy plant and equipment and corporate wardrobe etc and identify advantages and disadvantages of using such as contracts.
