Final Activity 2 – Contract Management Plan

Using the sample contract and the Contract Management Plan template handouts, prepare a full Contract Management Plan for this contract. Ensure that you provide a reasonable level of detail for all sections of the template, although some cross-referencing is acceptable if information you have included in one area of the template is also relevant to another area.

You may also use some ‘poetic license’ to give substance to your plan if there is insufficient information in the contract.  Check with your facilitator periodically to ensure you are on track.
